How Siftara handles account, workspace and connected-source data. Effective September 20, 2026.
About Siftara
Siftara is a product of Agency Archi. It provides ecommerce performance reporting and intelligence for authorized workspaces.
Data we process
We process account and workspace details, authentication records, product usage, and data that authorized users connect from services such as Meta and Shopify. Depending on enabled functionality, this can include advertising performance, commerce records, creative metadata and user-supplied classifications.
Shopify merchant data
When a merchant authorizes Shopify, Siftara retrieves store identity, currency, timezone, products, orders, line items and stable customer identifiers needed for reporting and new-versus-returning analysis. Siftara does not request customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses or full postal addresses for this functionality. Shopify access credentials are encrypted and remain server-side.
How data is used
We use this data to authenticate users, operate workspace-scoped reporting, maintain integrations, diagnose reliability, secure the service and provide requested support. Siftara does not use connected credentials to change advertising campaigns unless a future feature is separately authorized.
Service providers
Siftara uses infrastructure and service providers to host the application, authenticate users and process explicitly requested features. Current providers can include Vercel, Supabase, Meta, Shopify, Windsor.ai and Deepgram. Windsor.ai may process account identifiers and read-only advertising or commerce reporting data for workspaces enrolled in Windsor Connect Beta. Each provider receives only the data needed for the relevant function.
Retention and security
Workspace data is kept while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations and protect the platform. Access is workspace-scoped, integration credentials are stored server-side, and secret values are not intentionally exposed to ordinary users. If Shopify reports that an app was uninstalled, Siftara disables future sync and removes usable credentials. Verified Shopify customer- and shop-redaction requests remove the corresponding customer identifiers or connected-shop data without affecting another workspace.
Your choices
Authorized workspace owners can manage members and integrations from Siftara. To request access, correction or deletion relating to your account, contact morgan@agencyarchi.com. Some records may need to be retained for security, legal or audit purposes.
Updates
We may update this policy as Siftara changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
