Terms for using Siftara, a product of Agency Archi. Effective September 20, 2026.
Using Siftara
You may use Siftara only for workspaces and data sources you are authorized to access. You are responsible for account security, accurate workspace membership and complying with the terms of connected providers.
Connected services
Meta, Shopify and other connected services remain governed by their own terms and availability. Siftara reports available source data but does not guarantee that every provider metric, breakdown or historical period will always be available.
Data and decisions
Reporting, recommendations and intelligence are decision-support tools. Attribution limits, incomplete source data and provider differences can affect results. You remain responsible for business, advertising and financial decisions.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another workspace, interfere with the service, misuse credentials, reverse engineer security controls or use Siftara unlawfully. We may restrict access to protect users, data or service reliability.
Plans and billing
Available features depend on the workspace plan and entitlement state. If paid billing is introduced or configured, the applicable price and payment terms will be presented before a charge is created. Internal testing access does not represent a payment transaction.
Availability and liability
Siftara is provided subject to reasonable operational availability and may change over time. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Agency Archi is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or third-party data sources.
