Get help with Siftara accounts, workspaces, reporting and integrations.
Contact support
Email morgan@agencyarchi.com with your workspace name, the affected page and what you expected to happen. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, API secrets or full payment details.
Account access
Use the normal sign-in and password-reset flow. Workspace owners can review member roles in Settings. Support will never ask for your password.
Reporting or integration issues
Include the provider, reporting date range, account name and any visible error. Siftara keeps source freshness and partial-sync states visible so support can distinguish a data delay from a disconnected source.
